About the role
Trulo Homes, the property management arm of Red River Development, is hiring a Community Manager for Trulo Homes Bridle Creek in Whitestown, Indiana. This 202-home community is leasing up while finishing construction, so the role blends lease-up execution with day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Own leasing performance, occupancy targets, and renewal strategy for the community
- Lead the on-site leasing and maintenance team
- Manage resident relations, from move-in through renewal
- Oversee rent collection, delinquency, and monthly operating reporting
- Coordinate with construction on home turnover readiness
- Execute local marketing and community events that support lease-up velocity
Requirements
- Three or more years in multifamily or single-family rental property management
- Demonstrated lease-up or stabilization experience preferred
- Proficiency with property management software
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Valid driver’s license
