About the role
Red River Development is seeking a Construction Superintendent for Trulo Homes Stone Ridge, a 200-home build-to-rent community on 27 acres in Centerville, Ohio. This is an on-site role responsible for day-to-day field operations through vertical construction and initial home deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Direct daily field operations, subcontractor scheduling, and site logistics
- Enforce quality standards across framing, mechanical, finish, and punch phases
- Maintain the construction schedule and flag risks to the project manager early
- Own site safety, OSHA compliance, and incident reporting
- Coordinate municipal inspections and utility connections
- Walk and sign off on homes prior to turnover to property management
Requirements
- Seven or more years supervising residential construction, single-family or build-to-rent preferred
- Proven record delivering multi-phase communities on schedule
- Fluent in construction documents, scopes, and submittals
- OSHA 30 certification, or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Dayton–Cincinnati area
