About the role
Red River Development is hiring a Development Project Manager to lead build-to-rent communities from land acquisition through delivery. You will report to the development team in our Dallas office and work across underwriting, entitlements, design, and construction handoff for communities under our Trulo Homes brand.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full development cycle for assigned communities, from site due diligence to certificate of occupancy
- Coordinate civil engineers, architects, and municipal authorities through entitlement and permitting
- Maintain project budgets, draw schedules, and development pro formas
- Partner with the construction team on scope, schedule, and change orders
- Prepare progress reporting for capital partners and internal leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, construction management, civil engineering, finance, or a related field
- Five or more years in residential or multifamily development
- Working knowledge of entitlement processes and municipal approvals
- Strong financial modeling skills in Excel
- Willingness to travel to active sites across the Southern and Midwestern U.S.
