May 5, 2025 | DALLAS — Red River Development, a leading Build-to-Rent (BTR) real estate development firm specializing in innovative luxury rental home communities, announced today the successful closingof its latest project, Trulo Homes Stone Ridge, situated between Dayton and Cincinnati in Centerville, Ohio.
In partnership with Leo Brown Group, the joint venture team is beginning construction on the project. Leo Brown Group’s affiliated construction company, Grand Contracting, serves as the general contractor.
Trulo Homes Stone Ridge is a thoughtfully planned community on 27-acres that will feature 200 modern single-family rental homes designed for today’s lifestyle, with a focus on quality, energy efficiency, and neighborhood connectivity.

Construction on Trulo Homes Stone Ridge has begun with initial home deliveries expected in October 2026.
