
Dallas, TX, July 2023 – Red River Development (“RRD”), in conjunction with Leo Brown Group (“LBG”), has broken ground on a 25-acre
multifamily development site in Whitestown, IN.
The JV has commenced construction on Trulo Homes at Whitestown, a 202-unit single family build-to-rent (‘horizontal apartment’)
community (the “Project”). The Project, once developed, will be comprised entirely of market-rate units across a mix of one-, two-, and
three-bedroom detached apartment homes. The units will each feature private enclosed back yards, class-A interior finishes, and 9’6”
ceilings throughout. The Project’s amenity set will include a state-of-the-art clubhouse, modern fitness center and resort-style pool.
The Project is strategically located in the heart of Whitestown, an affluent community north of Indianapolis, which boasts one of the
highest-rated school systems in the state of Indiana. The Project has direct access to Downtown Indianapolis (±20 miles) via I-65, and
Downtown Whitestown via South Main St (±2 miles).
